Three members stay in the centre to take care of 22 students who stay in the centre. The students are generally from very poor families and they can not meet expenses of their higher education. They join the centre after passing class 10. Very small amount is charged from the students which is sufficient only to meet their food expenses. So the expenses are met by the Society. The members take care of students for career building and formal education. The beneficiaries are from amongst the public from Odisha and the adjacent state of Jharkhand and Chhatisgarh. After one year of orientation programme the students go to different places for their college studies.
